Black Bean Hummus with homemade tahini

Black bean hummus, a new twist on an old favorite

Hummus
1 15 oz can of black beans, drained ( about 1 3/4 cup if you cooked them yourself)
1/3 cup chopped red pepper ( save about a Tbs diced for garnish)
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp smoked paprika
1/4 tsp cumin
4-6 black olives, diced for garnish
2 Tbs fresh parsley chopped ( save a little for garnish)
1/4 cup tahini ( you can used prepared tahini or make your own... here's the recipe.)

Add all ingredients ( except reserved garnish of diced olives, chopped parsley and red pepper) to blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Top with diced pepper and olives
