Pumpkin caramel mug cake


Pumpkin caramel cake
In your microwave safe mug or a 8 oz  canning jar Put 3 tablespoons of *3 21 magic cake mix 1 tablespoon pumpkin puree, 1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon and 1 tablespoon water. Mix well, watching for pockets of dry mix on the bottom. 
Microwave on high for 60 seconds
Top with caramel ice cream sauce and whipped cream 

3 2 1 Magic Cake Mix – 1 box of angel food cake 1 box of regular cake mix. Mix together. Store in zip lock bag or container with tight fitting lid. 
To make "magic cake"  Add 3 tbs magic cake mix,  2 tbs water mix well and Cook for 1 minute.

I know you are probably saying to yourself, well, that’s a really awesome pumpkin cake and all Gail, but I only used a TBS of pumpkin, what am I supposed to do with the rest? SO here is a recipe for Pumpkin soup!
