This a single serving chocolate "magic cake" with a melted chocolate center. Goes great with ice cream!
3 TBS "Magic" Cake mix
( Magic cake mix: 1 box angel food cake, 1 box of white cake mix. Stir together, store in air tight container.)

1 TBS cocoa powder
2 tbs water
About 1 ounce of milk or semi sweet chocolate (I used two of the Hershey chunky mini milk chocolates- semi-sweet might have been better)
1 tbs water on top of cake batter
Mix cake mix with 2 Tbs water . Add chocolate pieces. If you push them in batter too much they end up at the bottom, so just put them in the batter a little bit. Add 1 Tbs water on top of chocolate pieces. Cook for 45 seconds. Careful , jar will be hot!
