Salmon Chowder

 

Salmon Chowder

 

1) 1/3 cup of canned  or pouched salmon ( 5 oz can = 2 servings)

2/3 cup chicken broth

1/3 cup half and half

1/2 tsp dill weed

1 tsp bacon bits

2 TBS  frozen hash brown potatoes

1/4 cup peas

Top with

1 Tbs chopped green onion

1-2 Tbs shredded cheese

 

Combine salmon, peas, broth, potatoes, 1/2 and 1/2, bacon and dill.  Microwave for 1.5 to 2 minutes. Add cheese and green onion .
