Italian Wedding Soup in a mug

 

Italian Wedding Soup:

3-4 frozen Meatballs

1/4 cup Frozen carrots

3 tablespoons chunky Spaghetti sauce

1/ 4 cup frozen chopped spinach

3/4 cup Chicken broth

1/4 cup cooked white beans

1 TBS chopped spniach

Pinch of Oregano

Parmesan cheese

 

In mug, microwave frozen meatballs for about 1 minute until warmed. Using fork, cut meatballs in half. Add spaghetti sauce, broth, carrots, spinach, beans and oregano. Microwave on high for 1 ½ to 2 minutes. Top with grated parmesan cheese.
