teriyaki chicken

 1 cup soy sauce

1 tbs brown sugar

1/4 cup dry white wine

2 cloves garlic

1/4 cup olive oil

2 tsp fresh ginger

2 lbs chicken legs or wings, or 1 lb of boneless strips


marinate 6-8 hours

Grill or bake

arrange in single layer

bake at 350 for 30 min for strips, up to  1  hour  for large peices, or internal temperature reaches 165 degrees


Sheet pan dinner with chicken tenderloins

Reserve 1/4 cup of marinade for roasted veggies: broccoli, carrots, mushrooms, onions etc. Toss with marinade and bake the marinade chicken and veggies tossed with mairinade cook on a foil lined baking sheet. Serve with rice.
