Braised Greek inspired chicken
Yogurt Chicken Marinade
▢1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
▢ 1/2 tsp each thyme, basil, oregano
▢ 2 tbsp olive oil
▢ 3 tbsp lemon juice
▢ 1 tsp stone ground mustard
▢ 2 cloves garlic crushed and chopped
▢ 1 tsp kosher salt
▢1/2 tsp black pepper

1 cup chicken broth
1-2 butter or olive oil
To make marinade - Add all ingredients Except Chicken and broth to bowl whisk together and add chicken pieces and refrigerate. Marinate 30 minutes to 4 hours.
Preheat over to 375.
On Stove top in cast iron skillet, Brown chicken on both sides in 1-2 tbs of butter or oil ( about 4 minutes a side)
Add 1 cup of broth to pan, do not cover chicken
Place in oven and cook for 30-40 minutes until chicken is 165 degrees.
