Sunbutter sauce

 Nut free Thai-themed sauce or dressing.  




Ingredients

 1/3 cup Sunbutter

1/2 cup coconut milk

2 Tbs lime juice

1 Tbs rice vinegar or white balsamic vinegar

1 Tbs grated fresh ginger

1 garlic clove minced

1 Tbs honey (or maple syrup)

1/2 tsp salt

Sriracha to taste ( 1/4 tsp?)

Add 1-2 tbs more coconut milk, or water, if you want it thinner consistency.

  1. Add ingredients to blender
  2. Blend until smooth.  
  3. Store in refrigerator for up to 1 week

dipping sauce for spring rolls, veggies, crackers, grilled meats, fried tofu

dressing for Thai themed salad ,  noodles, rice bowls
