Tomato Pizza SauceIngredients
1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
1/4 cups water
2 tbs olive oil
1-2 cloves garlic, finely minced
1 tsp sugar
1/4 - 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 tablespoon dried oregano
1/2 tablespoon dried basil

Directions
In small bowl whisk together the tomato paste, water, sugar, and olive oil.
Mince garlic.
Add garlic, pepper, oregano, and basil to tomato paste mixture. Mix well.
No cooking necessary, just spread on dough.
Store in refrigerator for 5-7 days or pour remaining sauce in ice cube tray to freeze, then store in freezer bag for up to 6 months.
